INTRODUCTION TO BERNARD JULIUS AND THE COMPANY
In 2008, Bernard Wayne Julius, officially started his plumbing business even though the company has only been registered as Bernard Julius Plumbing and Construction services last year.
Three years prior to 2008, he was in the school of learning with his late father who was a multi- disciplinary plumber and builder for many years.
The Company provides specialised plumbing and building solutions that seamlessly integrate with all components
impacting on the operations of each client’s organisation. The objective of The Company is to unlock long-term value and provide solutions that offer a real return-on-investment.
The Company is proficient in combining the principles of industrial plumbing and construction with decades of practical experience. These factors are assimilated with global best-practices and the technology, to create world-class, customised client solutions to both the public and private sector. By assessing risk implications, the total cost of ownership, time and production constraints, The Company provides focused, procurement and construction management expertise to deliver cost-effective, sustainable solutions, which are technically sound and aligned with the client’s expectations.
Today Bernard Julius Plumbing and Construction Pty Ltd takes on small to medium projects in both plumbing and construction departments. We also provide design input as value added service to our clients.
Our objective is to provide our clients with an “I am assured” experience when we are chosen to execute their projects. Our emphasis is on clear communication and follow through procedures to ensure that the client’s objectives are top priority in all planning and execution in all the processes
